Shipping policy

 

Please note that shipping can take up to 4 weeks for products that are made to order — these products are labeled as "made-to-order." All other products are in stock as long as they are available for purchase. For express shipping or further questions, you can contact us at hello@oni-studio.com. We will try to find a quick solution.

Please make sure your package shows no damage. Document any damage before opening the package.

Items can be returned within 14 days from the invoice date, provided they are unworn and in perfect condition.

We do not cover return shipping costs. Furthermore, we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend using insured shipping with tracking for returns.

Once the return has been received and inspected, the product cost will be refunded.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

We cannot refund items if any of the following apply:

• The item is damaged.

• The item has been worn or shows visible signs of use.

• The item arrives after the return deadline.

Custom orders and deposits for these will not be refunded under any circumstances.
