Refund policy
As an exception for the holiday season, purchases made in December can be returned until January 6th. After announcing your return by email, you have 5 days to process the shipment. Returns made outside this period will not be refunded.
Goods can be returned within 14 days from the invoice date, as long as they are unworn and in flawless condition.
We do not cover the costs of return shipping. Additionally, we are not responsible for goods lost during the return shipment. We recommend returning items via insured shipping with tracking.
Once the return has been received and inspected, the product cost will be refunded.
The goods must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging.
We cannot refund goods if any of the following apply:

The goods are damaged.

The goods have been worn or show visible signs of use.

The goods arrive after the return deadline.
Custom orders and deposits for these will not be refunded under any circumstances.
